David Kurihara, DPT, OCS, SCS, FAAOMPT
David’s professional interests revolve around working with injured patients to quickly resolve their functional problems and teaching post-graduate continuing education physical therapy courses in the United States and internationally. Specialty areas of interest in physical therapy include sports injuries, orthopedic conditions, and concussion, vestibular and TMJ related disorders. He is a graduate of the Southern California Kaiser Permanente Residency and Fellowship Programs specializing in Orthopedics, Sports, Manual Therapy and Movement Science.
Before joining Queen’s, David served as a physical therapy instructor at Azusa Pacific University and Mount St. Mary’s University in Los Angeles. In addition, he has served as a primary instructor for various continuing education courses and has been a clinical mentor in Residency and Fellowship programs.
David enjoys playing basketball, going to the beach, listening to hip-hop and spending time with his wife and friends.
