The Patient Relations Department serves as your advocate, providing a link between you and the Medical Center. Should you require assistance in the evening or on weekends, please contact the Nursing Supervisor who can be reached by phone at 808.538.9011.
Services include assistance with:
- Patients Rights
- Compliments
- Foreign Language and Sign Language Interpreters
- Equipment for hearing and speech impaired patients
- Advance Directives (Living Wills)
- Complaints and/or Grievances
Many patients like to send a thank you to the staff for the care they received while in the hospital. If you would like to send a special thank you or compliment to the staff, volunteers or a particular individual, please feel free to print and complete the "Customer Comment Form" available for download below.
Perhaps you have suggestions for making a patient's stay more comfortable. This kind of information is very valuable to us in our efforts to improve the quality of care provided at Queen's. It's also very meaningful to the caregivers to receive your feedback. Please include the date of your hospital stay and the nursing unit or individual's name with your suggestion.
