Cystoscopy/Kidney Stone Center

The Kidney Stone Center was founded in 1986 to provide extracorporeal lithotripsy services for the people of Hawaii and the Pacific Basin. Since that time, the center has served over 5,000 patients with many different kinds of stone. All staff members are specially trained in the care of kidney stone patients, and use of the lithotriptor.

Urology Services include: helping with prostate cancer and other prostate problems, everything from initial diagnosis to treatment, including surgery and radioactive seed implant. The center also conducts urodynamic studies for incontinence and other voiding problems, and determines possible treatments which may include pelvic muscle rehabilitation.

With a convenient location in the Queen's Medical Center, hospital support services are available to meet any medical need that may arise. Kidney Stone Center/Urology Services works with your physician to provide diagnosis and treatment.
