Queen's is committed to providing a clean, safe, and healthy environment for everyone. Health care professionals have long stated that tobacco smoke is a major contributor to many health problems. Queen's believes that maintaining a smoke free campus is in the best health interests of employees, patients, physicians, visitors and all others.

Queen's is aware that smoking is a significant cause of illness and that smoke is harmful to those within its presence; therefore, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the medical center grounds.
