Automatic Teller Machine
Queen's has a Bank of Hawaii Bankmachine located around the corner from the Nalani 1 Information Desk on the first floor next to the Kinau elevator. It offers 24-hour banking services to cardholders of PLUS, ShareCard, VISA, JCB, STAR, Cirrus, Mastercard, Armed Forces Financial Network, American Express, Discover, NOVUS and BOH Bankoh.

Chapel
Queen's chapel is located on the 4th floor of the Queen Emma Tower. Special services are held every Sunday with an Interfaith Service held at 9:00 am, followed by a Catholic Mass at 12:00 noon. An interdenominational chaplain is available 24 hours a day. Your nurse or a Queen's operator can arrange a visit.

Gift Shop
The Queen's Gift Shop is located in the Main Lobby and is open from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, 7 days a week. Upon request, the Gift Shop will be happy to help you purchase items from the shop and have them delivered to your room.

Hawaii Medical Library
The Hawaii Medical Library Consumer Health Information Service (CHIS) is located on the Queen's campus and is open to the public. Library resources are available to help users make informed health care decisions. Reference assistance is available until 5:00 pm.

Historical Room
Patients, visitors and staff are invited to visit this attractive room located in the Nalani Building, ground floor. Old records, letters and photographs of historical interest are displayed portraying Queen's History. Exhibits cover a variety of topics related to the founding of the hospital and the early days of medicine in Hawaii. The Historical Room is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Lost and Found Items
Identifiable items found after a patient leaves Queen's may be recovered by calling the Patient Relations department at 808.547.4602. For other lost items, please call Queen's Security department at 808.547.4508.
