Would you like to send some words of cheer or encouragement to a Queen's patient? Well, now you can send a special greeting to any patient currently staying in the medical center. Queen's Volunteers will deliver your email (free of charge) as soon as possible; however, emails cannot be delivered to outpatients, employees, or patients who have already been discharged.

Email-a-Patient Guidelines:

• Emails received before 12:00 pm on weekdays, will be delivered to the patient on that day
• Emails received after 12:00 pm, or on a weekend or holiday, will be delivered on the next business day
• DO NOT include attachments (i.e., photos or music)
• If a patient has been discharged from the medical center, we will be unable to deliver your message or forward it to their residence.

Please note that the content of your email greeting is NOT confidential and will be seen by members of Queen's volunteer staff.
